Led by The Revd Tom Stuckey, a former President of the Methodist Church.
Connection Brings Life was an article published in MET Connexion (http://www.methodistevangelicals.org.uk/

CONNECTIONS’ is launched to help make multiple connections! “Pentecost is the time when the Church was first energized and equipped to share the Gospel with communities and it spread like wildfire. Here’s an opportunity to harness modern technology to make multiple connections within communities using free online and app resources – if churches and individuals catch the vision, the fire could spread quickly again,” comments Olaf Fogwill, Ministry Director for Connect4Life.
CHURCH CONNECTIONS is a web area that churches can bookmark to share these free contemporary outreach online and app resources with their members. For those who prefer using smart phones, email, Facebook, Twitter and so on, they can just forward to contacts. Others may want to print off giveaway materials, cards and invites. The first part, C4L Connections, has 1 minute cartoon videos designed for four groups – connected wanting encouragement, disconnected needing a message of grace, a helping hand for those reconnecting, introducing God’s grace to someone who is unconnected. Connect Bring Life was an article in MET Connection (http://www.methodistevangelicals.org.uk/resources/connection-brings-life) which introduced the work of Connect4Life. Here is an update of their work and resources which are readily available to help people on the path of discipleship.
Best Connections is a brand new app supported by online content which has nearly 500 quotes from fellow travellers across the ages offering their wisdom about life’s journey. With a strap line on the amusing short promotional video, ‘Bite the apple before you bite the dust’, the materials are highly interactive with scope to store comments you like from those like Socrates, Stephen Hawking, Angelina Jolie, Einstein, Descartes, the Queen, David Beckham, Elvis Presley, Richard Dawkins, Marilyn Monroe, Obama and many more! They help you consider core issues (beliefs, goals, status) and life foundations (a healthy body, a satisfied soul and a connected spirit) as they gently move on towards Christian truth of life in Christ. This is a powerful resource for pre-evangelism and a rich source of materials for talks and sermons! See http://connect4life.org.uk/connections-apps/best-connections-app
My Connections has 31 day discipleship resources as an app and an online adapted version. Also now freely available are copies of the 21 Day Personal Study Guides online for First Time Connectors, The Already Connected and Reconnectors.
